Check a credit
Paste a Verra serial number or a project ID. Recourse reads the registry live and asks the credit gate whether the credit may be used for each purpose. Anything it cannot prove is refused.
That looks like a serial number, but it does not parse as a Verra VCU serial.

How a verdict is made
- The registry status must be proven on-chain and fresh. No proof, or an old one, means refused.
- No integrity event may be active or pending: a registry hold, a confirmed finding, or an AI-proposed event inside its dispute window.
- The policy profile's own rules apply: vintage window, programme list, letter of authorization.
Any project ID works, not only the tracked ones. Untracked projects are refused because nothing about them is proven.
